Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free tier is genuinely free — no card, no trial timer. You only enter billing details when you upgrade.
What happens if I exceed my order cap?
Nothing breaks. We email you and ask if you want to upgrade. No surprise overage charges. Your data keeps syncing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the in-app billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then revert to Free.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with a small discount is on the roadmap. Email hello@foliascore.com if you want to be notified.
How do you handle currencies and VAT?
Billing is in USD. We use a merchant-of-record provider that handles VAT/GST/sales tax for your country automatically.
What if I need more than 5,000 orders/month?
Get in touch — we’ll work something out. The Studio tier is the highest published price; bigger shops are a conversation.
